HEALTH DATA ANALYTICS / LONDON

Data support for the decisions that move your clinic forward.

A focused, practical analytics partnership — designed around better patient outcomes, healthier capacity and clearer financial decisions.

Two ways in. One goal: clinics that run on evidence, not guesswork.

We work with private physiotherapy and MSK clinics, turning the data you already collect into decisions you can act on. There are two layers to what we do, and most clinics start with the first and grow into the second.

01. Business Analytics — the operational layer

The fast, low-friction starting point. We take the data your practice management system already holds and turn it into a clear picture of how the clinic is actually running.

What this typically covers:

  • Capacity and utilisation — where slots are going unused and why

  • Patient drop-out and retention patterns

  • Referral source quality — which channels bring patients who actually stay

  • Revenue per clinician hour and where the gaps are

This tier is built to get you a working, trustworthy analysis fast, without a long onboarding process.

02. Clinical Outcomes Analytics — the differentiator

This is where the work gets interesting, and it's the part of the business we're most proud of.

Using your outcome measures and treatment data, we build analysis that shows what's actually happening to patients clinically: recovery trajectories, which treatment approaches are associated with better outcomes for which presentations, and where a caseload's results diverge from what you'd expect.

This isn't a reporting exercise. It's the kind of analysis that lets a clinic say, with evidence, that its treatment approach works, and lets clinicians spot patterns in their own outcomes they'd never see caseload by caseload.

How it works

  1. Outcome Data Health Check (1 to 2 weeks). I review how your clinic records patient progress today: what’s captured, what’s missing, and how consistent it is across clinicians. You get a short readiness report showing what your data can and can’t tell you yet.

  2. Set up (2 to 3 weeks). We pick two or three simple, validated measures, such as pain (NPRS) and function (PSFS), and agree when they’re recorded. I build them into your existing templates and run one short training session for your team.

  3. Track (3 months). Monthly check-ins on recording rates. I spot gaps early, remove friction and keep the habit going without piling admin on your physios.

  4. Insight. Once there’s around three months of clean data, I run an in-depth clinical outcome analysis: who improves, how quickly, and what drives the difference. Including early signals, by session 3, of which patients are on track.

Already recording outcomes consistently? We can start at step 4.

Pricing

Outcome Data Health Check: £500, fixed fee. Takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Set up, tracking and clinical outcome analysis: quoted after your health check, based on your clinic’s size and what your data needs.

Most clinics start with the health check, so you only commit to the next step once you know it’s worth it.

Founding clinics: I’m working closely with three founding clinics at 20% off. Places are by invitation, but if you’d like to be considered, get in touch.
