Data that speaks the language of clinical care

Nandedkar & Co. was founded on a simple observation: private physiotherapy and MSK clinics generate enormous amounts of valuable data every day, and almost none of it gets used.

Appointment histories, outcome measures, referral patterns, treatment notes. It all sits in the practice management system, untouched, while clinics make decisions on instinct and spreadsheets that are two months out of date.

We built Nandedkar & Co. to close that gap.

Why this, why us

Our founder trained as a physiotherapist before moving into health data science, so this isn't data science applied to a market from the outside. It's built by someone who has stood in the treatment room, read the same outcome measures your clinicians read, and understood why a capacity report means nothing if it can't also tell you whether patients are actually getting better.

That combination is the point of the business: clinical fluency plus technical rigour. We know what a good outcome measure trend looks like, and we know how to build the analysis that surfaces it.

Clinics shouldn't have to choose between running the business and understanding the clinical work.

Data only earns trust when it's handled properly. Every engagement starts with how we protect patient information, not just what we can report on.
